Our purpose is to make a difference in the lives of our clients by providing them with exceptional financial planning, wealth management, and retirement planning advice.
As a part of that mission we have a subspecialty in helping individuals or couples navigate through the process of divorce and the transition to their post divorce life.
I experienced my parents going through a drawn out and very expensive acrimonious divorce as a young child. I saw how the trauma of that experience continued to affect and impact the financial, and emotional, decisions that both of my parents made for the rest of their lives.
Through my training as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner (CFP®), a CERTIFIED DIVORCE FINANCIAL ANALYST® (CDFA®), and the training that I have had in mediation and collaborative divorce, I’m able to bring tools to assist my clients to find solutions that are as much “win-win” as possible and thus may be sustainable and effective providing long-lasting financial security.
I am intensely interested in helping you to visualize and develop a plan for your life post divorce. With that plan in mind and used as a reference we can work together to focus only on those issues in the divorce process that need to be addressed so as to bring you into that new life.
As part of that process we will work on a number of specific financial elements: Asset division strategies, financial support strategies, income and spending planning, tax strategies, housing strategies, insurance strategies, schooling expense strategies (to the degree appropriate), savings and investment strategies, and estate plan strategies.
